Same people are nice. HR tries.

Cons

Employees get points for positive reviews.. awkward. Company is struggling. Layoffs in Jan. No strategy. No concrete catalog of offerings. Man-focused Texas culture based man's company despite women HR leaders trying to steer the company the right way. CEO is toxic. CRO and middle management are worse. This company should be a bad sitcom.

Really read the Pros, it’s worth it ;)

Pros

You got to do a lot of different type of work because other departments didn’t do their work. Really encouraged you to not get sick by punishing you by taking away PTO because you were. Worked on things that weren’t even for the company so you get to meet and work for many different people. If your self esteem is too high don’t worry many upper level staff will fix that. Fun surprises with no warning that send your life in a completely new and scary direction!
