The people are great to work with. The industry and company are growing. Salary is very competitive. Benefits are over all pretty good. Leadership really listens and cares about the employees!!!

Cons

It would be nice to have longer paternity leave.

Pros

Great company that has grown massively over the past few years. Even with all of the growth the owners are directly involved, know everyone and really work to keep a family feel. CS offers training in any area that you could possibly want to move into. Benefits are better than any company I've ever worked for.

Cons

With all of the growth you have to adapt and be ready to shift quickly. If you don't have a positive attitude focused on finding solutions, you WILL be lost.
