      Pros

      The opportunity at Critical Start has been challenging and rewarding. The people at this company have a great reputation and the teams work well together. There is a constant effort from the top down to deliver the best experience to customers while doing the right thing to take care of employees. Company objectives are well aligned throughout the organization and leadership is accessible and responsive.

      Cons

      Not enough opportunities to give or receive mentoring.

      We are probably due for a formal mentoring program as we approach several hundred employees. While we put that in place seek out someone you think would be a good mentor. I'm positive you'll get a favorable response - Rob

      Fantastic Culture, Fantastic Future

      Pros

      Very inviting culture, and a fun environment to work in. Recently moved to a new, larger office to help with the rapid growth. Management has excellent communication skills and are very open with company direction. There is a wealth of knowledge here that everyone is happy to share and help others when questions arise.

      Cons

      I have nothing bad to say at this time, other than I missed game night, but that's on me.
