Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you are happy with our culture and that we empower employees. Critical Start is in hyper growth and does have high expectations, but we also like to have fun. We are a work hard, play hard collaborative team. Our industry is a fast moving, ever changing one and we look for people with an insurgent mindset who will question the status quo.

Pros

culture, pay, benefits, culture, culture

Cons

If I had to pick one, Id say the 401k match is 2.5%, but that's being nitpicky. Everything else is so unbelievable, that's not even a concern.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you are happy with our compensation, benefits and culture! We do offer 100% coverage for medical, dental, & vision for employees, however, we will take your note about the 401K back to leadership as we are always looking for ways to remain competitive around benefits.

Pros

Culture matters. Workers matter. Family comes first. This company treats its employees as human beings, not merely as assets. We collaborate and educate, celebrate each other's victories, share and learn from mistakes, and promote positive growth for every individual. As we improve, the company improves.

Cons

The company is growing and changing, evolving to adapt to a dynamic security landscape. There are growing pains. Procedures change. Software changes. Personnel shift about sometimes, as we find people's niche. These are positive changes, but they may disrupt or change procedures or roles, making it difficult for workers to settle into a routine.

Thank you for your feedback. Critical Start is proud of the culture that we have created. Leadership cares about our employees, as evidenced in our core value: “Do What’s Right For the Employees.” We celebrate wins and encourage employee development for all. We are in an ever changing dynamic industry, however, we do provide our new hires with a seamless onboarding and orientation to assure they assimilate into their role, department and the company. We are proud to promote internal mobility and career advancement as many employees have been promoted or have moved internally. In addition, we are also excited to have launched our formal Career Mentorship program. Although we are all busy working towards our strategic goals, we do support work life balance and encourage employees to make sure they recharge.
