A fast-paced environment with constant learning, making it a great place for anyone who enjoys solving real customer problems and staying on their toes. There is a strong focus on customer outcomes, which makes the work feel meaningful and impactful. You get good opportunities to take ownership and grow, especially if you’re proactive and curious. The pace here really accelerates learning, I was able to gain exposure and experience in 1–2 years that would typically take 4-5 years elsewhere. The team is collaborative and eager to learn despite the rapid changes that come with a high-growth setup. Things move quickly, so adaptability is key but it also means you’re always learning something new. Overall, a lot to learn and explore.

The learning curve is excellent, and there are ample opportunities to enhance skills in areas like MDR, endpoint security, and cloud security. The team culture is very supportive—colleagues are always willing to help, and collaboration is encouraged. Management is approachable and values employee contributions. The work environment is positive, and there is a good focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Cons

Shift timings may be challenging depending on the team and role. Some processes could be streamlined further to improve efficiency.
