Work with other highly motivated people Stock options and grants on top of cash raises Great healthcare Flexible and understanding management Incredibly diverse

Cons

There is some room to grow and be promoted in parts of the company, but the high-tier positions (c-levels and some directors) are nearly always filled externally. Individual contributors tend to stay that way, since it's harder to replace and train your position. If you do land a management role, it's unlikely you'll get extensive training since everyone is going to be busy with their own work - you'll just have to figure it out.

The growth opportunities here have been amazing. Along the way, I’ve been supported by great leaders and collaborated with truly incredible teams. The company invests in employee development through training, and real-world stretch opportunities. I especially value the trust and flexibility I’ve been given, and how leadership values employee well-being while still driving business results.

Cons

Like any fast-growing company, there’s a lot of change, and sometimes that is difficult. I’ve also found it comes with exciting opportunities to contribute and learn.
