- Although workloads can get heavy (like many jobs), there is clear direction from management to prioritize workloads to help provide a healthy work/life balance. Healthy workloads are also advocated as part of our company culture. - There are very smart and seasoned people working on each team. This allows for questions to be answered and progress to be made efficiently. - Teams are collaborative and willing to work together to create more efficient processes, make updates where needed, etc. - Upper Management provides messaging on important updates. The C-suite is engaged with the business, and providing guidance and support (which is great because you don't always see that). - Benefits and employee programs are quite good for a company of our size. I'm grateful and happy with all my benefits and the employee programs Critical Start offers.
