While most companies struggle during this phase of growth, often requiring sacrifices resulting in negative impact on employees, CRITICALSTART continues to focus on employee quality of life. This type of work environment enables team members to balance a healthy ecosystem across the organization and enjoy the time spent on projects and daily tasks.

Cons

CRITICALSTART Employees have immense pride in their work and resulting quality. This leads to individuals feeling a sense of urgency to complete tasks or projects quicker than may be required, or unknowingly becoming task saturated. Leadership of high performing teams or organizations must continue being proactive to understand team stress, workload, and expectation setting to avoid any burnout and identify employee churn risks.

There has been a shift in leadership and there doesn't seem to be as much transparency in what's going on and the changes happening.
