Pros

Flexible hours can be helpful at times. Healthcare benefits for FT employees are pretty good.

Cons

Flexible hours for the reps, means more hours you need to be available for your team. They can work from 7am to 7pm. Training is minimal, management struggles, and tablet used by reps is old and on 4G. Some reps get paid close to that of a supervisor, so why take on the responsibility.

Pros

The hours anre fkexible and every day is different.

Cons

$17 an hour is not enough to live on and you’re never given enough time to complete tasks. I would be given 23 minutes to do something at a store. Not worth it. Target out here starts at $18.50 by comparison.
