Pros

I've worked for Crossmark at 2 different times in my life. They are great!

Cons

Having to actually meet with store management is a complete downer, but, the other work is great!

Pros

It's like having your own business, or being your own boss. As long as you meet the deadlines of time constraints, you can set your own schedule. The ability to meet and form outside relationships with all types of retail environments; from pharmacies to supermarkets to department stores; larger companies and mom-and-pop type companies, as well.

Cons

The hard work does not receive reciprocation of compensation for real time given, and the mileage reimbursement is not up to par.
