Pros

I was placed with a good combination of people the jelled into one of the top teams. Therefore there was little turnover of the main core. We did travel a lot, but were well conpensated for doing so.

Cons

For me the projects became too repetivive and so I started looking for a change in duties and work enviroment.

Pros

Work alone, your time is yours just as long as you reported work on time.

Cons

Management wasn't interested in constructive feedback. They seem to be poorly organized at times. They terminated many members of my team last week with no notice, enen Area managers, one with twenty years. They blamed it all on Kimberly Clark. I feel Kimberly Clark realized the input they were getting from Crossmark was insignificant and not true. They told us the people that were terminated were done so because of a poor score card rating. In other words the liars as a whole still work for Crossmark. Liars put down higher numbers then they actually did, like units stocked on the shelves. They dropped HyVee grocery and some walmarts and Targets. Wait until Walmart finds this out, after all crossmark was doing the work Walmart people should be doing, but face it, they can't do their job. I think many Companies like Kimberly Clark are taking a good look at were their dollars are going and are coming to the conclusion companies lie Crossmark are a thing of the past. Kimberly Clark has regional offices and offices near large retailers like Target and Walmart, and that is were the decisions are being made, plus these stores have sophisticated internal systems that if set up properly will determine the rate of sale etc.
