Pros

Management was friendly, encouraging, and respectful. The hourly wage was more than fair for my area. You can make your own hours and it's a legitimate, flexible job opportunity.

Cons

Training was inconsistent. Whole areas of my training were skipped or rushed through, requiring me to "wing it" much of the time since management/ support can be inconvenient or impossible to get hold of when needed. Some parts of the work is needlessly complicated.

Pros

Its okay if your retired and your just looking to make some extra money.

Cons

Not enough hours. Only give you 12 to 18 hrs a week if your lucky. Do not hire full time no benefits.

Pros

Close to home. No early morning or late nights.

Cons

Employees and management decisions appear to vary from location to location and even store to store. Procedures are not consistent. Nobody appears to really have the answers.
