      Disorganized management structure and inconsistent leadership. Employee insurance benefits are surprisingly weak for an insurance company, with very limited coverage when issues arise. The culture prioritizes company interests over both employees and long-term customer relationships, which can result in loyal customers being treated as disposable. Only work here if you enjoy being over worked and unfairly paid for the amount of people you have to overlook for the sake of supporting a company that doesn’t care about you either.
