Unstable environment for reporting. The transactional operating systems are constantly being improved and every change can improve or break a report. Average tenure in IT is under 1 year

Decent pay, repetitive work, management sucks.

Pros

Pay is decent and hours are somewhat consistent. Very easy to get hired here. They take basically anyone with a pulse.

Cons

Building is very poorly air conditioned. Standards for raises and rate of work are unreasonable and are designed to be as difficult as possible. Upper management doesn't care about any of their workers and will screw you over at the drop of a hat.
