Great people to work with, the job itself is easy along with a good 30 mins of break

Cons

Management likes to pick favorites, they dont properly train you and you get scolded for things you didnt know you were supposed to do

Great People, Bad pay

Pros

- Great people to work with - My supervisor was great. Can't speak for others. - When their is a lot of work you can get a lot of overtime. It seems like that is only in the Summer but this year feels like their won't be as much as last year.

Cons

- Not the best pay - You get raises based on your efficiency. If you increase in a pay tier but then can't maintain it, you get written up. - In the Summer there was a lot of work so plenty of hours and overtime. Every other month I was struggling to make 40hrs a week. You have to work and extra day in order to manage that.
