Pros

Great place to start if you're a beginner. They really work with learning curves and will not fire you for simply not knowing. Training is ongoing.

Cons

There is no work life balance. They have a rolling calendar and only 15 days off excused/unexcused per year. It's hard to take a real vacation and it's stressful planning days off for doctors appointments, etc. They have a 401k but will not match anything so that's just a savings account. No FSA, HSA.

The people at this job are amazing. I found a wonderful mentor in my boss, who taught me everything I know and prepared me for my current job. I learned so much here and recommend it to anyone looking to learn more about the tech industry.

Cons

This wasn’t the job for me, but it was still good overall.
