For my office, unless you're a 20-year retired military veteran, there's almost zero chance of promotion up the corporate ladder, let alone at the project/program management level..
CSC is undergoing a major restructuring and has deeply cut into employee benefits and hasseverly reduced employee morale:
-In past years, pay increases barely kept up with inflation when I was already paid 30% less than my associates with similar work experience. This year, there were no pay increase across the board.
-CSC's new vacation policy takes away hours that you earned.
-Even our filtered water machine was removed from our office because the company wasn't going to pay for it. Seriously?
