Pay is low and the job titles don’t match what your job actually is - seems like they use that to keep pay lower

I have enjoyed the people

Cons

The pay is low for the workload. The workload is incredibly high and there aren't enough people. The systems are outdated or do not work properly so you have a lot of complaints from client's to contend with. Client's are promised a lot of things that are impossible to deliver on. The management style just feels like the monkey's are running the circus.
