The pay is low for the workload. The workload is incredibly high and there aren't enough people. The systems are outdated or do not work properly so you have a lot of complaints from client's to contend with. Client's are promised a lot of things that are impossible to deliver on. The management style just feels like the monkey's are running the circus.
