High expectations with absolutely no support

Pros

None. Workloads are relentless, salary is underwhelming, and the benefits are awful.

Cons

Management demands extreme results yet fails to provide even basic support or resources needed to succeed. Expectations are unreasonable and set people up to struggle. Unless being pushed beyond your limits sounds appealing, avoid applying here.

Great Colleagues: The people here are smart, supportive, and fun to work with. Collaborative Environment: Teams work well together; there are no silos. Mission-Driven: Everyone is passionate about the company's mission and goals. Good Benefits Package: Excellent health insurance, 401(k) matching, and PTO Perks: Company discounts Learning Opportunities: Lots of chances to learn new skills and take on new challenges. Remote/Hybrid Options: Great flexibility to work from home or set your own hours Transparency: Leadership is open about company performance and future plans. Lack of Micromanagement: You are trusted to do your job without someone looking over your shoulder.

Cons

Team is pretty lean, which depending on how you look at it makes it a great learning experience.
