      I would like to say learning experience. Local colleagues are amazingly good and really resilient.

      Cons

      The company process are dysfunctional really complex and make you feeling that you should runaway the first week you start working. Senior management are waiting for their retirement and will not fight hard for their employees. They prefer staying quiet to not loose their own job.
