Salary is above average Some great people Some work location flexibility Consulting feel to the business Good PPM methodology and tools Some decent Project Managers

Restructure, restructure, restructure = rock bottom moral No pay rises but at the same time senior management make huge annual bonuses, it simply isn't right - your staff are not stupid ($90.5m for the top team post merger!!) Poor senior leadership strategy and execution The merger with HPE (as a former employee) Poor man management Headhunted for a role that didn't exist, ended up doing a job at a level I was operating at 8 years ago.

Cons

very broken organization, high mgmt. turnover, layoffs weekly, sales pipeline weak, too many new sales personnel; no people management most field consultants rarely hear from their own management, every effort seems to be associated with grand plan of reducing costs and not I at all about quality to client.
