- Good range of benefits, including the option to purchase additional holiday, sick days and health insurance. - Worked with some good professionals, who were happy to provide advice.

Cons

- Payrises aren't delivered when promised - Graduate training was limited, and even culled in 2017 - Constant travel bans - Customers hated CSC - Constant redundancies, leading to a negative culture, and affecting project delivery - A total lack of leadership - Equipment that's not fit for purpose - Insincere corporate communication - Americans.

Pros

Middle management was great, empowering, caring and typically has your back. Positive is if you can make it there, you can make it anywhere.

Cons

The process at CSC is rigorous and daunting. The level of documentation and process steps are very lengthy. Yet much of the time it's due to being CMMI compliant. Little training, they have eliminated mentors so you are on your own to learn. If you're a seasoned technical professional you should be fine. You will hone your skills when it comes to process though.
