big company - many development opportunities international and multicultural ok salary flexible reg. work from home

Cons

big company - huge bureaucracy very bad communication between sales and project implementation departments, which ends up in disillusioned clients firings done across EU left many managers, but no engineers

A company that has lost its way in the UK

Ability to work flexibly from home. Not much else that I can think of.

Cons

Endless "Transformation" programmes, leading to hundreds upon hundreds of redundancies in the UK business. A new programme will start frequently before the completion of the previous one, leading to the perception that the management have no clear strategy for the future of the UK business.
