The company has a weird way of evaluating.. The managers don't actually have a relationship with the employee other than the work the employee produces so the employee is rated on others opinion told to them in passing conversation and they give a standard that is supposed to be met weekly even when it is exceeded weekly even on shortened weeks (shortened weeks are not considered in the calculation, you have to meet the standard whether there or not) This could be a great company if they didn't blatantly lie to you and judge the employee on their worth and not rumor.

Company gave no raises even though they were reporting record profits. It is insulting. They also have the worst management.
