Pros

You are able to work remotely.

Cons

Management is terrible. There is little to no accountability or communication from the top. There are no clear leaders in the internal finance department. Projects are constantly delayed. Nothing has ever finished on or even close to schedule. They are unable to keep talented employees because they don’t keep up with employees market value. “You are paid in experience”

Thank you for this feedback. Your experience is unfortunate and does not reflect the company culture at CSC. We’re always focused on what is best for our customers and employees. We hope you took advantage of our exit interview process to better help us address any issues in the future

Pros

-Remote work for some areas -Flexible schedules for some areas

Cons

-Low level management is a train wreck -Favoritism -No career path. Will promise promotions that will never come. -Incredibly low pay. New employees can start out at higher pay than some of the senior employees. -Deception among lower management -No sense of direction from lower management -Over worked -Continues to let employees walk out the door since their perspective is the job is “unskilled labor” and “if you don’t like it, leave”

Pros

The benefits provided are decent but they are not cheap.

Cons

Management is severally lacking skills and/or education to be able to manage effectively. High preforming team members expected to do more and more with no reward for doing so while underperformance from some others is accepted. Burnout is a real thing you will experience if you are are hardworking person that cares about customers and doing the job until it's done. Growth has happened very rapidly and as a result uneducated management has become very lost. Teams have high turn over which results in stress for long-term employees that are loyal when the job takes 1 year+ until you are an effective contributing team member. Management lies and does not accept accountability when there are failures. They look for a place to point fingers. There are no job expectations or accountability. There also is no formal training. They will tell you there are many opportunities for career advancement but in actuality there are very very very few especially for remote workers. As many other reviews have said, the pay does not match the work or the workload. There are raises every year but they are minimal and do not even keep up with inflation. They will say they are based on performance but they are really just based on how much your leader likes you. They also don't provide any budget for home office needs. They provide laptop, monitor, keyboard and mouse but nothing else to remote workers. Meanwhile they spend millions remodeling offices. Hope you don't have any health issues because they will try to demote you or retaliate against you.
