      Over Abundance of Management

      Pros

      Employees get profit sharing and success sharing yearly.

      Cons

      Distracting work environment, with open-air rows of desks...lack of privacy and quiet. An over-abundance of management (and micro-management). Morale will be tested. If you are more of an independent worker and prefer to just "do your job", this might not be the place for you.

      Great Company to Work For

      Pros

      The work you do is interesting and mostly deals woth Registered Agent services and business filings. You learn a lot in this role and get to interact with a lot of different people from all over the country, and sometimes even outside of the country. It is fast-paced and you must be very organized and able to multitask, as you will be required to work in multiple programs simultaneously. The people here are wonderful and everyone is willing to help out if you have a question. Good culture and work-like balance as well.

      Cons

      Some management are not very flexible. If you want any time off, you have to find someone to cover your desk before it will be considered. Training takes 6+ months.

      Pros

      CSC provides an environment where you need to be independent, hardworking and flexible to succeed. They challenge you to grow and provide opportunities to move into different areas of the business. If you are not a self starter you may find the work challenging but if you are a self starter you will find it rewarding. Strong culture and understanding of needs outside the office make this a great place to work.

      Cons

      Like all companies CSC provides benefits that continue to increase in cost every year. If you need a finite job and can not handle change CSC is not for you.
