Pros

Friendly people. CEO distributes biweekly pay checks personally. Room for advancement. All employees attend board meetings. Business casual. A lot of team building activities.

Cons

Not family friendly. Micromanaged. Break promises made to employee. Odd work hours. So so benefits. Not a lot of PTO is poor in comparison to other companies in Delaware.

It really is a family atmosphere. I have formed some great, lifetime friendships and business alliances.

Cons

Leadership is lacking. There are good task managers but very few true leaders. Micro-managing and controlling is not leadership.

Pros

Amazing group of people to work with. Good work/family balance.

Cons

This place was once an amazing place to work for, that TRULY believed in its values. Now it says values are important but management doesn't follow ANY of them. It really is sad, had they continued to follow their values i would still be working here
