      If you like working in a cult like environment, this is the place for you. Some decent people trying to make an impact.

      Cons

      The company is not interested in meaningful change. Rather it is stuck in a price based share shift battle with its major competitor.

      Pros

      Extremely relaxed corporate culture, wear jeans to work. High exposure to upper management depending on the position you are in

      Cons

      Notorious underpayers. Will come in very low with initial offer for salary, while claiming they use a salary indexer to make sure that salaries are competitive. Get your money coming in, because you won't see much of a raise after this.

      Ego ego ego. Be prepared for Roman Empire approach but just laugh it off. Be your best you.
