- Great new training plan for new starters. - Global Company with many international opportunities. - It's a private, family owned company. It's stable! - Excellent benefits package. - Competitive salary. - Small UK office.

Cons

- Not enough European based staff for teams meaning heavy workloads. - US office culture and training isn't tailored to Europeans. More autonomy needed to accommodate European ways of doing things. - Not enough staff speak foreign languages.

You'll get out what you put in. Pretty hands off management, which I prefer. Good benefits and very family friendly.

Cons

No added incentive for over performers. Lack of processes can be a bit unnerving, but overall a good solid company and lots of fun.
