Pros

When I first began working for CSC, I didn't imagine that I would be working here as long as I have. The company has consistently recognized my efforts, rewarded my hard work, and found opportunities for me to grow. I've see the same scenario play out with my colleagues all over the company and around the world. Now I can't imagine leaving.

Cons

Working for a rapidly growing organization requires flexibility when things change, whether it's a change in parking or a new work process. To be successful at CSC, you need to adapt and hit the ground running. If you can do that, you'll be fine.

Pros

CSC has a great workplace atmosphere and consciously employs people who truly believe in the values that they project. There is a good balance of fun and focus in the workplace, and there are always opportunities to grow. The company is also very interested in understanding the needs of its employees as well as its customers and is constantly searching for ways to improve.

Cons

CSC is very comfortable with the idea of change as a company, which has helped the company maintain a culture of innovation. This is mostly a great thing. However, more could be done to make sure that new employees are given options when they are being moved across departments.

Pros

It is a very collaborative environment even reaching across "company borders". The benefits are great and there is a core belief customers make us successful and we make each other successful. Hard work-long hours occasionally thru the year-but lots of pride in jobs well done. Many friendships within the company and a willingness to help.

Cons

Struggles to improve career paths exists but being worked on. There is negativity in some areas, but it also does not go unaddressed.
