      Great company with long runway for future growth

      Pros

      For a company that was founded back in 1899, the organization remains aggressive and nimble. CSC looks for opportunities for growth-- both through organic development and company acquisitions. The ownership structure looks for ways to invest back into the business to keep the organization on track to achieve our lofty goals. The atmosphere allows for risk taking and I feel I have room to explore new ways to do my job. My management team is available for feedback and is supportive in my development. The values are kept in the forefront.

      Cons

      Career pathing in a growing company can be a challenge since there is sometimes not a clear linear path for some individuals---however opportunity is there for individuals to create there own path and move into new opportunities.

      Growing really quickly, lots of opportunities for professional development, really team oriented, culture is best that I've worked in. Excellent core values. Breaking ground on a new state-of-the-art global HQ next year!

      Not enough parking. Lots of growth leads to challenges with communication.

      Pros

      Open and collaborative environment where everyone has a say in the outcome. The leadership puts their folks in a position to be successful and provides the right guidance when needed. Being a company that utilizes technology to deliver it's services it is very forward thinking and understands the need to invest and develop talent to stay viable. As a technologist I have been very pleased with the projects I've lead and contributed to.

      Cons

      As a growing organization there are lots of "things" going on. As a result some folks may struggle with balancing multiple competing interests and projects. However, the leadership is understanding and is willing to adjust expectations.
