      Great Culture at CSC

      Pros

      Great place for those who like to work hard and play hard. Everybody within the company has a voice and sharing your ideas is encouraged. The values at this company are really in line with my personal values, which makes for a positive work environment.

      Cons

      Parking can be an issue at times. The company does however offer a shuttle service for those who can't find a spot in the main lot.

      Pros

      Job Stability - Fast paced work environment with plenty of work to keep you busy. Staying busy makes the day go by faster Room for Growth - We are always looking at new services for our clients and have several opportunities for growth Great benefit package - Health/Dental insurance, 401K, Success Sharing, Paid time off Financially stable - Strong enduring company. Company is over 100 years old.

      Cons

      Not sure if this would be a con but training can be done from a remote location. You need to be able to adapt to technology. In this day and age I'm not sure if I would work for a company where you didn't have to learn to adapt to technology.

      Pros

      Fun culture and people! The company is very aware of what is going on in the market and is constantly looking for ways to grow. Very involved with the community and encourages each employee to make the difference by volunteering and making contributions to charities.

      Cons

      The company is growing so much, parking is limited. CSC has made efforts to improve parking, but it is still a struggle until CSC moves into its new location.
