      Pros

      If you work hard and are a determined individual you will have a real chance to grow with this organization. I have had several positions since joining in 2009 and I look forward to what's ahead. The people at CSC are great and I love the team atmosphere.

      Cons

      Parking lot. This truly is the only thing I can think of. Growth is good and CSC is certainly growing, but if coming in for an interview make sure to come early or you might have a long walk.

      Pros

      The people who work at CSC are bright and customer focused. Everyone has a positive attitude and is enthusiastic about the work that they do. The management at CSC really cares about making their employees happy and acknowledging them for the work that they do. Working at CSC motivates you to challenge the status quo daily.

      Cons

      The ability to communicate effectively can be a difficult task. While CSC does this better than any company I have worked for, there is room for improvement.

      Pros

      Corporation Service Company is a great place to work if you are looking for a place with work/life balance and determining your career path. There are always opportunities to be involved in different aspects of the company, from the Fun Committee to being involved in major projects. Management understands the needs of working parents and provides flexibility when needed to allow you to attend a school event or appointments and make up the time elsewhere. CSC has an open and friendly work environment where everyone knows each other and it still has the feel of a small company even though its growing.

      Cons

      Constant change and reorganization interferes with planning and lead to confusion with new hires who think they are coming to work for one team and find the team has changed before they get here.
