7yCSC is growing quickly with more than 70 job openings each week. The key to having a career here is to be an excellent performer, live the values, and get the skills you need for the job you want. There are multiple ways to learn - either through our in-house training programs or all of the interesting on-line tutorials. Talk to your leader about job shadowing, skills practice exercises, and/or ask to be part of a cross functional team. There are opportunities here. You’re correct that there may not a path that you’re pushed to complete. But if you’re interested in something, go for it! Read the qualifications, get the skills and start talking to people.
