      Pros

      - flexible schedule - autonomy - benefits - pay

      Cons

      - Management is too secretive - definite favoritism - if you are not one of the favorites then you are not included in projects - Most of senior management belongs to the Mormon church and this is not hidden once part of the company - If you are able to look the other way when it comes to how you and your peers are managed then you will be okay. - there are different standards for different employees int he same position

      Pros

      The Benefits offering are good. I have very nice colleagues to work with. The clients are very nice and it is a great chance to learn more about them

      Cons

      The salary is very bad and they are ripping people of. There are basically nopromotion opportunities and the company is split up in 3 classes. There is absolutely no training and the processes in place very bad. Management has no clue what they are doing. Due to them we loose a lot of time.

      Wish I was being compensated what the market rate is and for the extra work I do.
