Pros

The pay and benefits were great. The Chicago office was a delight to be apart of. Supportive upper management. Will work well with your schedule.

Cons

If you are assigned to the Chicago office, it's not what you think. Its empty and depending on what team you're apart of, you will be on your own for a while. But management is remote. And will accuse you of time stealing due to the security entrance and badge scan times are different and they've never visited the building. The organization of teams is crazy great but specifically will choose to answer your question or not. Depending on who they know. No free parking and no discount on Metra tickets. You basically pay to attend work.

I honestly can’t think of one pro except the people I met while working there

Cons

No growth whatsoever. They outsource for most leadership positions instead of hiring within. The leaders they do hire couldn’t lead if you had them on a leash. The pay is a joke, and raises even worse. They do not value employees who have been with the company for years. The people who praise the work life balance are typically in leadership positions, anyone else in the company work life balance is not a thing. They force people to work from the office when working from home should be more widely offered. They talk constantly about CSC values when half the company doesn’t even follow them. All CSC taught me in my over 5 years there was that I was just a number, my work was not valued and I could be replaced in an instant. Seriously stay away.

No growth Low pay Some people are very egotistical High turnover due to bad management. Poor leadership all around As the previous reviews said, careers come here to die.
