The people are nice made a few friends while I was there.

Cons

The lack of fulfillment, the lack of significant opportunity for advancement. You can change position but never move up the corporate ladder. The amount of people close to retirement age still doing entry level jobs is absurd. The pay is terrible compared to that of its competitors. The clients don't really help make their projects go smoothly. The sales team is in it just to make a sale which makes it harder for everyone else down the line. The amount of teem nestlings is staggering especially when your team lead just goes around to ask you what your doing that day anyway.

Pros

Any question you have will always be answered. Everyone is trained to treat clients and co-workers like "a customer" so no matter what you need you will always find an answer, or person to help you.

Cons

Because the company is rapidly expanding, management is lacking in certain teams and the team atmosphere is little to be desired. If you get lucky and get a team with actual guidance and great leadership, you'll do fine.

Pros

Great people, great work environment. Benefits are competitive. Honest business model. This company cares about its customers, and treats them with honestly and integrity.

Cons

In some areas, poor management and rampant micro-management. Antiquated and fragmented systems are managed with dated processes and procedures. Though they may articulate an intent to incorporate change through fresh ideas and modern business practices, management whimps out and allows long-term employees to shut down any meaningful effort to affect change. Very disappointing.
