Pros

A few nice people who genuinely care. A few people who come to work snd dont treat you like you’re invisible

Cons

You have to be medicated to work there. At first I thought it was just the Cayman office but Lux was no better. Extremely micro managed with managers behaving like you are a sweat shop worker or robot. Fake progression charts, no structure and SPVs and managers only worried about making their numbers to management look good at the expense of overworking the staff. Dreadful experience

Pros

great people to work with you learn a lot about brand protection great work life balance

Cons

they do not pay you well enough for the amount of work and stress that comes with the job. the good people are given much more work to pick up for the lower performers. the lower performers get by with little work and higher pay.

Pros

-Decent salary and good benefits -Easy hours (on some teams)

Cons

-Was difficult to find a new job because we use proprietary software -Nobody noticed or thanked me when I completed more tasks than anyone else on my team -Was practically dragged, along with other team members, to a work event that I didn't want to go to -Every time I made an error while doing tasks I'd done for years, I was asked, "Do you know how to do this?" -Was called "entitled" when asking about a promotion -Promotions were a personality contest -Was asked what my fiancee did for a living -Was told "I did a great job taking care of my mom" -Had the head of a team practically slam a document on my desk containing a single error I made almost a year previously
