Pay never improved even if end of year review was great, went through about 5 managers in my time there, started out as a fun, lighthearted place to work but shifted into a micromanaging nightmare, managers don't have a clue as to what we actually do but get paid fairly well I'm sure

This company has a history of frequent U.S. layoffs and shifting roles overseas, often without warning, which creates job insecurity. Even as a top performer who consistently delivered results, I received only a 1% raise, largely because I wasn’t in the office three times a week — despite that policy not being in effect until the following year and no other negative feedback on my review. Training programs are inadequate and do not prepare employees for success. Overall, the workload is not aligned with the pay. If you have other career options, I strongly recommend pursuing them.
