You will find some nice people, but typically they don’t last long once they know the true culture. Get your experience for a resume and move on.

Salary never meets what market pays for your position. Upper management acts more like high school with cliques. Fall in line or be ready to face their consequences.

Pros

The work is challenging and interesting. Remote/hybrid schedules. Coworkers are kind and there's no mandatory OT in my department.

Cons

Only tenure is valued. You won't be promoted or move around without 10+ years seniority and sometimes not even then. The pay is embarrassing, especially for the complex work we do. It takes literal years to understand the role and you're not rewarded for being an asset. Only given more work. The volume of work is high. Cases, calls and chat.
