      Firing employees now from backdoor as CSC India is not getting projects due to weak sales team and weak senior managemen

      Good for short term of 6 months to 1 year to join with good salary Work Life balance is ok

      Cons

      1).Weak Sales team and senior mgmt. as no projects are coming to India 2)To cover the weakness of sales team and senior mgmt. they start firing employees instead of getting projects to India 3).Not good to join if you are looking at stability and growth 4).Poor appraisal process 5).Weak Resource Management Group and HR who are least bothered about employee progress and company growth.
