Pros

The online training which is available to employees is fairly good.

Cons

CSC has low quality benefits. Aetna is not a very good company and avoid the HMO entirely. For new employees, there are two weeks of personal vacation and two weeks of sick leave, but beware, these can only be taken in 8 hour increments! CSC has a long history of low raises. Star performers expect 3-4%, not matter where in the company you work! It is blatantly obvious the corporate headquarters is very out of touch with the majority of the workforce.

Pros

Peers are typically intelligent, talented and hardworking. Even when morale was low and people were being stepped on, they kept going and worked hard. It felt as though you were working within an extended family.

Cons

Senior Management for the consulting practise was totally incompetent and incapable of making a decision based on real thought or vision. They managed the consulting division by what appeared on a report rather than sticking their head in the group to find out what was really going on. That is if they could get their heads out of their asses long enough.
