      Pros

      Very good knowledge sharing. Wide range of industries and projects to work for. Average benefits fund. Messy but resourceful portal/knowledge sharing sites.

      Cons

      Staff management is sometimes poor and distant as people can be deployed and forgotten. Career development is hard, complex and not very clear. Typical cold corporate environment as no big efforts are made to promote team playing. Business model is more like outsourcing rather than consultancy which is kinda ok if you don't mind being allocated to the same account for a couple of years. Intranet sites are a black hole of information which makes the task of locating useful information something close to a nightmare.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are or were good. Their internal policies are not condusive to maintaining great relationships with clientle. Things are based politically and the good ol boy network; rather than on the best job is needed here.

      Cons

      Upper management politics and good ol boy network make it difficult to truely give the customer the best available service and implementation they deserve. Nickle and diming clients with poor implementations, rather than clean, efficient implementations are mandatory for revenue. Implementations that truely maximized HA, server usage and efficiency should be rule of thumb, unfortuantely that thought and even when proved is treated with distain and retrobution.

      Pros

      It pays you good compared to other companies. Work Env. is good. CSC also carries a brand value. But, CSC is ruining it by their own hands.

      Cons

      1. Politics ruin the whole enviornment. 2. Managers have no more technical touch. Donot even care to go through the requirement. 3. Lot of disparity shown between employees.
