Once great, now faltering

Smart and dedicated employees, teleworking opportunities, ability to work in an innovative industry with the latest technology and great global clients.

Cons

Excessive leadership turnover and re-orgs, lack of career paths and raises, dwindling perks and benefits, distracting rumors and bad press, low employee morale.

Pros

There are not a lot of positive things during my 4 years there. My experience was limited to one group, so not sure it was the norm. I learned a lot, mostly on my own, while I worked for CSC.

Cons

The company treated their employees very poorly. Forced overtime (up to 20 additional hours per week), no incentives, no education and little room for advancement. Less than 7% of our team remains with the company, either quit or were let go. There is no long term planning, just short term goals.
