      Horrible company, layoffs EVERYWHERE

      Pros

      Layoffs, no raise in 2 years, horrible benefits. Moving buildings, management always in a flux. Bathroom issues in the building. No cell phone coverage in the building, but they want you to be oncall.

      Coworkers are very nice, that is about it.

      Tons of work to be done, gain experience quickly All co-workers are wonderful people and truly mean well and care for each other

      Cons

      No raises in three years, so don't expected to get any type of compensation once hired. All the focus by executives appears towards increasing stock and selling company and not investing in the employees. Almost exclusively on the job training - lucky to get a day of training when hired

      Education reimbursement Many work from home opportunities. One of the last places that still does traditional ITO Still a global company

      Cons

      Executive team changes monthly with the exception of the CEO and handful of other top executives Pay is competitive when you start Raises are consistently canceled for everyone but the top executives (who reward themselves with millions of dollars) Forget about bonuses The company doesn't appear able to grow so acquisition and mergers are always going on
