      Failure to deliver in so many ways

      Well meaning and ethical individual contributors

      Cons

      Top-Down planning with no input from the dedicated teams responsible for delivering to customer expectation until after the plan has been set in stone. Management always in 'near' crisis mode. Never enough of the right resource to deliver to expectation. Managing to the quarter is killing what was a very good company. CEO has gotten rich slashing/burning/ his way to short-term results. Death neal of splitting of the company.

      Virtual Office and some great coworkers

      Cons

      Poor communication from top down. No merit increases for majority of employees for past 2 years. Morale is terrible throughout the company - new employees are quickly disillusioned within weeks of starting.
