Informal, relaxed work environment. Good entry point into a big corporation and a decent place to gain experience.

Cons

Limited career progression, many brick walls when dealing with anything.

Pros

They have given me the opportunity to try new roles and my peers were supportive and wonderful, for the most part

Cons

The company does not care about it's employees. They will fire someone with 20 years of experience without a second thought. Also, there is zero training or organization. They will push you to do roles that you are not qualified to do. HR support seems non-existent and people seem to get hired and fired at a ridiculous rate. I had 6 managers in the time span of a year.
