- Remote work inconsistently applied within teams
- Reductions and moving work offshore are now removing many strong, knowledgeable people in US with no consideration for job transfers
- Posting of jobs which were just reduced, only change US location (ethical?!) Unfortunately the cost of legal pursuit in US out weighed benefit.
- Mandatory use of vacation at specific dates, must use vacation time and borrow from future if don’t have any left. Promises of one time event, but continued over many years
- Drastic changes and elimination of benefits – pension eliminated, 401k continued changes, health care to an exchange so no different than government marketplace
- Berating ,which bordered on bullying directly to finance individuals for the business to improve profit. Not leadership or challenge, but very negative from so called executives. I had worked in several companies shutting down/poor business environments, but nothing like this.
- 8 of 10 reviews here from current and former employee sorted by “finance” title “does not recommend”….that should be clear advisory if you are considering joining finance team. Be sure you are aware, no one will look out for you. Document and cover your actions / requests / issues.
