Too Big to Care

Not really much I can say that would be a pro to this company other than I'm thankful to have direct supervisors who cared about myself as an employee even though they couldn't do much to help in a lot of situations.

Cons

Not sure where to start. HR doesn't care about your issues. Way too many departments trying to do the same thing which causes a headache at the end of the day. Benefits are mediocre and have only gotten worse during my employment. 401k is subpar. Health benefits are subpar. Timekeeping/vacation, company e-mail is spread out amongst various systems. Anything logistical about this company makes absolutely no sense. They rollover to new systems and they don't work.

Good Challenging Work is availaible for people who like challenges . Minimal work pressure. Good Work Environment . Friendly Management

Cons

The processes in term of Solution Delivery are not at their best , they have substantial scope for improvement. More Employee Engagement activity needs to be planned.

Pros

The CSC employees I work with are bright and motivated, and really seem to care about doing a good job.

Cons

The Etes app (online app to enter timesheets) needs some work. At my level I saw no positive impact of their vertical and horizontal restructuring undertaken last year. In fact I never did find out who the person is that is supposed to help find another project to work on when my current one ends.
