Benefits are not bad for these days, although cost has increased significantly.

Cons

Very little if any training. Little opportunity for advancement. Operates on minimal staff, working employees 60-70 hours a week.

Lots of opportunity in the old days, not so sure now. Clients all over the world so finding a new home is always an option.

Cons

Bottom line dollar focused. Once they drive all the obvious costs out of a contract the only thing left is labor and the layoffs begin.
